TRUTH! Do you have the faith the size of a mustard seed?

Wednesday, November 25

Last night, my pops shared a revelation he received with me and it literally had me praising God and saying "wow, I'm excited" from since last night to now. I was excited because the revelation finally increased my faith to the size of a mustard seed! I was excited because I finally understood why it was that the Lord asked me, "Do you trust in me enough?" In a split moment, my life, and view of life, changed for an eternity. My life will no longer be the same after the revelation I receive which I'm about to share with you.

I pray that the Lord opens your heart to receive the truth of this message and that you also receive the same revelation I received and even greater. In Jesus’ Precious Name I pray. Amen.

"Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit," says the LORD Almighty. [Zechariah 4:6]

What kind of spirit is the Lord referring to?

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. [John 14:6]

Since Jesus, The Father & the Holy Spirit are all of the same spirit, and Jesus says that He is the Truth, then it would be fair to say that the Spirit the Lord Almighty is speaking of in Zechariah 4:6 is the spirit of TRUTH.

Let's define truth

Truth: A verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like: mathematical truths.[e.g 1+1 will always = 2] or [ Any form or size of light in a perfectly dark room will eliminate all darkness in it's range.]

A truth is something that cannot be argued. It is a truth in ALL circumstances under ALL conditions at ANY period of time! A truth remains when all else fades. This is the reason why Jesus said, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away." [Mat 24:35] It is IMPOSSIBLE for His words to ever pass away because it is TRUTH and TRUTH never ever ever changes.
Why is this important to understand?

It all comes down to God's word. . . every single word found in the Holy Bible is TRUTH. Ta Da!

Therefore, it's not about forcing yourself to believe God's word because God said it. It is really about reading and understanding the word of God as the solid truth that it is - Knowing that every verse is a basic truth that WILL be done once you believe in that truth!
Do you understand as yet? Time for examples!

Let's go back to the very first verse I quoted. Zec 4:6 ["Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit," says the LORD Almighty]

Ever prayed for someone to be healed? Eyes closed, speaking in tongues, going on for hours, spit flying all over the place? That is a classic case of using your Might and the power of the Holy Spirit to confront a demonic attack (any type of illness). At the end of the day, it'll probably work, because the power of the Holy spirit is absolutely incredible. But have you ever asked yourself why Jesus didn't have to do all that when He healed multitudes? No, the answer is not because he was the Son of God. (Which we are too btw. John 12) The answer is, Because Jesus believed/had faith/trusted in the TRUTH that is the Word of The Almighty God.

An example of a truth (any verse in the Bible can be used)

Jesus said, "You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it." John 14:14.

When you pray for someone to be healed, or when you are casting out demons, or anything else for that matter, the above truth will apply. It is a TRUTH, that if you ask for ANYTHING (according to God's will) in the name of JESUS Christ, HE WILL DO IT!!!

A truth is a truth, however way you look at it and once you grasp that basic principle, you can now grow your tiny mustard seed and move mountains in the mean while.

He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." [Matt 17:20]
