This is one area where I myself have fallen short. Modesty. Dressing in such a way that glorifies my God. As I walked through the mall today, I took a good look at the way young ladies and women were dressed and I was appalled. I thought to myself, where has self-respect gone, is morality a thing of the past, and can men resist from falling into lust? Cleavage was all over the place, tight form fitting jeans were everywhere, and believe it or not, (even in the freezing weather today) mini skirts were prevalent. The world in its perversity has deliberately confused the meaning of beauty, with sexy. Beauty is a natural, God given, physical and also inner attractiveness. It does not involve displaying your body, whether plainly or behind sheer or tight clothing. Sexy, according to dictionary.com, is a term given to something or someone who arouses sexual desire or interest. Which term defines you?

Then let us no more criticize and blame and pass judgment on one another, but rather decide and endeavor never to put a stumbling block or an obstacle or a hindrance in the way of a brother.
Sisters, before you leave your home, ask the Holy Spirit if what you are wearing glorifies God and will not cause your brother to lust and therefore fall because of you. If you love God and your family in Christ, you must take this seriously.
