Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." [Luke 23:34]
That's what Jesus said when they were leading Him out to be cruxified.The world HATED Him, yet out of perfect LOVE, He still asked the Father to forgive them.Jesus taught me today that I must embrace His perfect LOVE and share that LOVE with the world. People of the world whom I used to call friends now Hate me. Although they may not say that openly, or admit to that, the Bible makes it perfectly clear how the world views me. But, despite how much this world hates me, Jesus taught me tonight that I must treat them with the same LOVE that he treated the world - which included me before He revealed himself to me.
In all things and in all situations, do not allow yourself to be offended or hurt by people's words or actions knowing that they are still part of the world or even your brothers and sisters in Christ who are not perfect, but respond always with LOVE.
